Making Waves Workshop
Do you enjoy drawing from life or designing your own characters? Then join Norwich University of the Arts Lecturer and Professional Character Designer Dan Kelby as he shows you the joys of drawing!
Follow along with Dan as he shows you how to draw humans, animals, and everything in-between in a simple step-by-step fashion, as well as how to push and improve your designs by using simple tricks with shape, line, proportion, gesture, and silhouette. Dan will also be on-hand to answer any questions you have about art and the animation industry in general!
This is a free activity suitable for all ages and levels of experience. All equipment and materials are provided. Grown-ups are particularly encouraged to join in, as there is nothing better than rediscovering the joys of art and realising that yes, “everybody can draw”!
