In this 45 minute class we will practice a set of postures designed to give our kidneys and adrenals a bit of TLC so they can help us feel less sluggish and snappy and more energised and happy!


About Georgie

Georgie discovered the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga in 2016 and was hooked after the very first class. 3 years later Georgie began her journey to becoming a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher. After completing her training Georgie wanted to share what she had learnt, that we already have the powerful tools available within us to awaken our inner wisdom and connect with our truest selves. Georgie has a passion for conscious movement through powerful kriyas (yoga sets) as well as incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation into classes in order to strengthen our nervous system, align our bodies and raise our subtle energy.
