Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature with Suffolk Libraries Nature Silent Disco, created and produced by artist Martin Scaiff. Whether you’re listening solo, with friends, or connecting with fellow nature lovers, this enchanting experience promises to uplift your spirit and ignite your senses.
Martin Scaiff is a field-recordist and teacher. In 2016 Martin established HomeSounds, a project which invites people to become active environmental listeners for the benefit of their creativity, education, health and wellbeing.
Martin Scaiff is Suffolk Libraries Environmentalist in Residence 2024. The purpose of the residency is to explore environmental responsibility with the community, using creativity as an instrument to inspire change and concern for environmental issues in ways that are accessible to all.
