Windsock Kite Workshop
Holly Scholfield is a local painter and printmaker working with pattern and textiles, as well as being a workshop facilitator. Join Holly as she creates a quirky decorative windsock! You will need:
- – Measuring tape / extra long ruler
- – Scissors
- – Pencil
- – Sponges
- – Ink or acrylic paint
- – Garden wire and pliers
- – A wooden dowel
- – Scrap paper or newspaper
- – Very strong gaffa tape
- – Selotape
If making the windsock using ripstop:
- – Ripstop
- – Sewing machine
- – Pins
- – 4 small lengths of fabric (can be ripstop) roughly 10cm in length or more
If making the windsock using a bin liner:
- – Bin liner
- – Selotape
