Kate Fox is a Whitley Bay based stand up poet who is a regular on Radio 4 (including two comedy series of The Price of Happiness, presenting Pick of the Week & being a resident poet on Saturday Live for several years) & a regular contributor to Radio 3’s The Verb. She’s been Poet in Residence for the Great North Run, Glastonbury Festival and Tour de Yorkshire.

She’s toured and performed shows about Doctor Who’s connection to autism, being in-between social classes and not wanting children. Harper North published a book based on her show of lost stories of Northern women -Where There’s Muck There’s Bras-in March 2022.
