Housed in a trio of beautiful tipis, Wellbeing by the Waves is an oasis of calm offering various activities for a happy mind and body, including:

Health checks with OneLife Suffolk

Walks:  Walking for Health with OneLife Suffolk: Meet ready for a prompt start at 10am on Sunday 23rd June from outside The Jolly Sailors pub, Pakefield, NR33 0JS. This Health Walk will pass places and points of interest which reflect some of the history of Pakefield, our walk leaders will point these out along the route.  Heading south along the beach cliff top gives some wonderful views, then we will head inland joining part of the ‘War Boys Walk’.  We must cross the A12 twice on this route so extra care is needed.  There are no seats for resting on route however we can stop for refreshment before this walk ends at The Tramway Hotel. Or, if walkers prefer we will carry on back to the start point and take refreshment at The Jolly Sailors pub.  Approximately 60 minutes, covering 1.8 miles.  Grade 3 – some moderate slopes, good surfaces. Wheelchair friendly.  Toilets available at the Jolly Sailor pub or Tramways Hotel if we stop for refreshments here.
