Come and revel on the sand with us for an hour of seaside poems, hosted by poet and First Light regular John Osborne with special guests performing their own seaside poems.
The anthology is published by Paper Boat, the new publishing company started by John Osborne and Katie Cooper celebrating the best of British writing, and includes poems by Salena Godden, Luke Kennard, Ella Frears and Inua Ellams. John Osborne is a writer and poet based in Norwich.
His non-fiction book Don’t Need the Sunshine was a celebration of the British seaside and was adapted into a storytelling show for BBC Radio 4. His theatre shows include John Peel’s Shed and Norwich: A Love Story.
