Everyone Active will have a range of gym challenges for you to try out and enjoy at your own pace, featuring exhilarating activities like battle ropes, dumbbells, and a high-intensity circuit. Meanwhile the kids will have a ball too, whether they enjoy the challenge of hook-a-duck, get lucky with the spin-a-wheel prizes, burn off some energy on the soft play area or chill out with some colouring in.
There’ll also be fun competitions running throughout the day with spot prizes available to redeem at Waterlane Leisure Centre. The full programme of activities will be announced soon.
Access Sport want you for the Keepie Uppie Challenge – Do you have what it takes to juggle the ball on the sand? Come and put it to the test. You’ll have two attempts to keep the football up for as long as possible. The keepie uppie champions at the end of the day will receive a giveaway prize through our main football provider Lowestoft Town FC.
