We’re on the hunt for musicians from East Anglia to play at First Light Festival 2027!
As well as the chance to perform on our emerging artists stages, the Gardens Stage and at East Point Pavilion, headline slots on our main Sunlight Stage and the chance to play at Latitude Festival are up for grabs!
New Dawn
Open to musicians and acts aged 14-25 from Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, we’re proud to have featured some of the region’s up and coming acts including Magnolia, PleasureInc, Arthur Black, $ebbuku, Finn Doherty and LFay.
As well as programming on our New Dawn and Sunlight Stage across the weekend, one lucky act will be given the opportunity to play at Latitude Festival 2027!
Play Break
Play break applications are NOW OPEN!
Play Break is our apply-to-play for bands and artists aged 25 and over either from, or with strong connections to Lowestoft. It’s our way of showcasing the fantastic talent to be found in our local music scene.
As well as programming a range of Playbreak musicians across the weekend, one lucky act will be given the opportunity to play a headline set on our main Sunlight Stage and at Latitude Festival 2027!
Play Break acts will also be selected to play across the Festival on our acoustic stages and at East Point Pavilion.
